Co-owned European multi-brand retailer group
Groupement Les Mousquetaires is a European, multi-brand retail group operating in Portugal, France, Poland, and Belgium with banners Intermarché, Bricomarché, and Roady. Local store owners participate in management, giving near-community focus and a shared governance model, while offering groceries, home improvement goods, and automotive services through its network. This structure blends multiple brands with a cooperative-style ownership approach, enabling close local ties and tailored assortments different from fully centralized chains. Its goal is to maximize proximity to communities by leveraging local ownership and diverse formats to serve customers, partners, and employees.
