You will collaborate with client CFOs, finance leaders, and BCG partners to deliver end-to-end ERP-enabled finance modernization initiatives.</div><div> </div><div>What You’ll Do</div><div>•Lead finance-focused ERP transformations across General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and Treasury Management.</div><div>•Drive integration between Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), and Planning & Budgeting.</div><div>•Provide strategic guidance on finance data models, cost allocations, and statutory reporting.</div><div>•Design future-state processes for financial close, consolidation, and performance management.</div><div>•Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (IFRS, GAAP) and internal controls.</div><div>•Work closely with clients to optimize Capex/Opex through ERP and digital finance initiatives.<br><br></div><div>What You’ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)</div><div>•12+ years in ERP finance roles with deep SAP FICO, Treasury, or BPC/Group Reporting experience.</div><div>•Experience designing and deploying end-to-end finance solutions in S/4HANA or equivalent ERP.</div><div>•Exposure to projects integrating finance with supply chain, procurement, and HR.</div><div>•Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.</div><div>•Experience engaging with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders.<br><br>ERP – Sales and Distribution Focus (SD)<br><br><div>About the Role</div><div>As a Lead ERP – Sales Specialist, you will lead end-to-end design and delivery of ERP sales, order management, and pricing processes using SAP SD, AATP, and CRM/BRIM capabilities.<br><br></div><div>What You’ll Do</div><div>•Lead ERP transformations across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Billing, and Pricing processes.</div><div>•Implement and optimize SAP SD, AATP, and integrated CRM/BRIM platforms.</div><div>•Enable digital customer experience and omnichannel sales models within ERP.</div><div>•Develop revenue recognition and subscription-based pricing capabilities.</div><div>•Collaborate with marketing and supply chain functions for integrated sales operations.<br><br></div><div>What You’ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)</div><div>•12+ years’ experience in ERP-led sales and customer operations transformation.</div><div>•Deep SAP SD and CRM/BRIM expertise; AATP experience preferred.</div><div>•Strong grasp of order fulfillment, returns, rebate, and pricing management processes.</div><div>•Exposure to industries like CPG, manufacturing, or telecom.</div><div>•Experience engaging with Sales, Commercial, and Digital Transformation leaders.<br><br>ERP – Procurement and Supply Chain Focus<br><br><div>About the Role</div><div>As a Lead ERP – Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist, you will design and implement ERP-driven procurement and sourcing processes that deliver efficiency, transparency, and savings. You will lead initiatives using SAP MM, WM, and complementary tools like Ariba, Coupa, and iValua.<br><br></div><div>What You’ll Do</div><div>•Lead ERP transformations in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Warehouse Operations.</div><div>•Architect and integrate eProcurement and Source-to-Pay platforms (Ariba, Coupa, iValua) with ERP.</div><div>•Optimize inventory and warehouse operations through SAP MM and WM modules.</div><div>•Enhance supplier collaboration through catalogs, SRM, and spend analytics.</div><div>•Develop KPIs for procurement effectiveness, compliance, and sustainability goals.<br><br></div><div>What You’ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)</div><div>•12+ years’ experience in ERP procurement and logistics, with deep SAP MM and WM expertise.</div><div>•Working knowledge of QM, SRM, Ariba, Coupa, or iValua integration with ERP.</div><div>•Strong understanding of supply base rationalization, contract lifecycle, and cost optimization.</div><div>•Experience advising CPOs and Procurement Transformation teams.</div><div>•Exposure to AI/analytics-driven procurement insights preferred.<br><br><div>About BCG Platinion</div><div>BCG Platinion is part of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) family, specializing in technology consulting that bridges strategic business challenges with modern technology solutions.
