What believers are saying

  • June 2026 expansion into plumbing and mechanical opened a much larger MEP market.
  • Q3 2026 punchout and Outlook intake reduce friction, improving daily adoption and retention.
  • McCormick pricing and EVOLVE integrations strengthen preconstruction, shortening quote-to-order cycles.

What critics are saying

  • Procore, Autodesk Forma, Ramp, and Stampli can bundle adjacent workflows by 2027.
  • Electrical contractors can switch only after integrations replicate, slowing expansion beyond incumbent accounts.
  • If suppliers prefer direct portals, Remarcable becomes a workflow layer others absorb.

What makes Remarcable unique

  • Remarcable owns electrical-to-MEP workflows, from procurement through delivery and AP.
  • Live Wire Q3 2026 added punchout, Outlook intake, McCormick pricing, and GPS delivery.
  • Over 3,000 supplier branches and 35 integrations create unusually deep contractor connectivity.

Remarcable Live Wire Q3 2026 | quarterly product highlights.

Remarcable Live Wire Q3 2026 | quarterly product highlights. Here's what Remarcable launched at Live Wire Q3 2026, and how each new feature improves your workflow. Priscilla Davidson September 23, 2026 Key Takeaways * Punchout brings credit and company card purchases back inside Remarcable. * Invoice intake stops depending on a person. * Preconstruction integrations connect both ends. * Delivery Management now covers everything heading to the jobsite. At Live Wire on September 23, 2026 Remarcable announced seven new Remarcable enhancements that focus on solving your workflow challenges and improving your speed to invoice. All of these enhancements started with feedback from its customers. A comment from a field crew. A suggestion from purchasing. A question from accounting. A conversation with the supply desk. The promise behind all of it: every part, every order, every team, finally connected. One place where material gets requested, priced, ordered, built, shipped, received, and paid for, tied into the software you already run on both sides. 1. Every purchase order and every invoice in one system. Punchout: bring the rest of your spend inside Remarcable. Punchout, a new enhancement of Remarcable Procurement, closes that gap. Your field and purchasing teams shop the supplier sites they already use, including Amazon, Grainger, Hilti, and McMaster-Carr, with ULINE coming soon. The cart comes back into Remarcable as a pending purchase order. Your approval rules apply. Your budget rules apply. What changes day to day is the back and forth. Purchasing stops acting as middleman on product selection. The person who knows what they need picks it themselves. And AP ends up with an order and an invoice sitting next to every other order and invoice in Remarcable. Eric Whitebread, Purchasing Agent at Taft Electric, put it this way: "Punchout has made our Amazon purchasing process much more efficient. Instead of sending requests to Purchasing and going back and forth on product selection, our users can choose exactly what they need while keeping the purchase within our established procurement workflow. It has reduced the backlog for Purchasing and made the process easier for everyone." 2. AP automation that stops depending on someone remembering. Outlook integration: stop forwarding invoices, and stop missing them. When AI OCR launched earlier this year, quotes, sales orders, and invoices from every distributor and specialty supplier started landing in one view. Your AP team could finally compare what a supplier is charging against what you actually ordered. Getting those documents into Remarcable still meant forwarding an email. And when one didn't get forwarded, you found out weeks later, when a supplier called about payment. The new Outlook integration ends the forwarding. Remarcable connects to your inbox, read-only and scoped to the folders you authorize, screens what comes in, matches it to a supplier, and moves it into the OCR queue. You see what it caught, what needs a second look, and what it skipped as inbox chatter. Deanna Stank, Purchasing Coordinator at Mid-City Electric: "Thanks to the Outlook integration, we were able to get credit memos into Remarcable with no stress, instead of battling with suppliers' technical issues." If your team isn't on Outlook, talk to your Customer Success Manager. Remarcable has a path for you too. Tax-exempt forms by job and supplier. Tax exemption doesn't work at the company level. It works job by job. The school district project is exempt. The hospital across town isn't. And on the exempt job, every supplier you buy from needs the right certificate on file before the first PO goes out. Handled by hand, that breaks at the invoice. Tax shows up on an exempt job, AP catches it three weeks later, and somebody spends a morning chasing a credit memo that shouldn't have been necessary. Or the exemption gets applied where it doesn't belong, and you hear about that one from an auditor. You can now assign multiple tax-exempt forms to a single project, each one tied to a specific supplier. Send the PO and the right form attaches itself. Nobody has to remember which certificate goes with which vendor. And your supplier sees their form and nothing else. 3. Connecting the preconstruction systems you already use. Remarcable Material Pricing integration with McCormick. Estimators have been building workarounds for stale pricing for years, because the alternative is bidding on numbers you can't stand behind. Margin gets protected by hand, with heavy reliance on years of experience. Remarcable has partnered with McCormick in the release of Remarcable Material Pricing. You can now pull live material pricing from Remarcable straight into your McCormick estimate. There are two ways to connect it: * Live average pricing. Remarcable updates your average costs every time a new price file comes in, so your available pricing refreshes daily. * Supplier-specific pricing. Your job-specific SPAs flow from the distributor straight into the estimate. Connect multiple suppliers and compare real pricing side by side. If you use Remarcable Procurement, this pricing integration is included at no additional cost. Fewer exports, no extra steps. Just more dependable bids. EVOLVE MEP integration: your BOM straight out of the model. Your preconstruction stack is strong on both ends. BOM tells you what to build. Accounting tracks what it costs. The middle is where it falls apart: a BOM in a spreadsheet, hundreds of emails, and a foreman chasing a delivery. When the wrong material lands on a Friday, that middle gets expensive. Remarcable is pulling bills of materials directly out of your modeling software and into Remarcable. Your preconstruction team takes the assemblies they detail in EVOLVE and sends them into the purchasing workflow, mapped to the right fields, with no hand-keying and no separate BoM export. From there the material behaves like anything else on the project. If you'd like to get this setup, click this link or talk to your Customer Success Manager. And if you're not an EVOLVE shop, a native Revit to Remarcable integration is in development. That pilot is open for early access now. Click here to let Remarcable know you're interested. 4. Improve visibility and accountability on deliveries. Map View with GPS tagging for tracking deliveries. Once material assemblies are fabricated, they have to reach the jobsite, and you have to be able to prove they got there. Delivery Management now tags exact shipment coordinates by GPS, so where a delivery was dropped is a fact on a map, not a recollection. Paired with the list and weekly calendar views, your office and field teams are looking at the same shipment information. Create shipment requests for any item going to a jobsite. Until now, Delivery Management tracked what started in Remarcable. A material request, an inventory pull, a PO. Anything else heading to the job went back to text messages and a phone call. You can now create an independent shipment request for anything, whether or not it lives in Remarcable inventory. Materials, tools, prefab assemblies. Same form, same statuses, same proof at the other end. So if you run purchasing in Remarcable and handle prefab or tool tracking somewhere else, every delivery still lands on one schedule. One place to look, and the same answer for everybody who asks. Built for the way your teams actually work. Whether you run electrical, plumbing, or mechanical projects, or supply the contractors who do, Remarcable is built for the way your teams actually work. In the field, in the office, and in the warehouse. Every part. Every order. Every team. Finally connected. If you'd like more information about these new updates, reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or contact sales. Connected purchasing and material operations for MEP contractors.

Live Wire Q2 2026 | Remarcable product announcements.

Live Wire Q2 2026 | Remarcable product announcements. One connected platform for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractors and their suppliers June 29, 2026 Contractors are in the business of building, and suppliers are in the business of building trusted relationships with them. That work is hard, and Remarcable Inc. believe purchasing and material operations shouldn't be. That belief sits behind everything Remarcable Inc. demonstrated at Live Wire on June 30, 2026. And it's behind the promise Remarcable Inc. make to you: every part, every order, every team, finally connected. One platform where your office, your field, your warehouse, and your suppliers work from the same information, at the same time. This quarter Remarcable Inc. announced four big updates, plus a couple of enhancements to the workflows your teams already use every day. Here is what's new, and why it helps you build. 1. Remarcable is now for mechanical and plumbing contractors. What Remarcable Inc. has provided to over 250 electrical contractors, Remarcable Inc. is now bringing to plumbing and mechanical contractors. Same depth. Same field-first approach. Same accountability to the people doing the work. 130,000+ plumbing and HVAC products are in the catalog, with more added every day. According to Traci Silik at JH Kelly, an MEP contractor using Remarcable now across all three trades, "The platform integrated seamlessly with our existing systems, enabling rapid adoption while minimizing disruption to day-to-day workflows. That level of tight integration ensured clean, reliable data flow and allowed teams to realize value almost immediately." - Traci Silik, Director of Supply Chain, JH Kelly 2. The platform that keeps your financial data in sync. Remarcable Inc. announced seven new financial integrations, including bi-directional data sync with both your accounting and project management system, at the same time: Procore, BuildOps, Sage Intacct, Trimble Appxchange for Vista, Workday, Microsoft Business Central, and Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations. With the new Procore integration, your commitment data goes straight to the project budget, so project managers stay in their system without an accounting license and manual cross-referencing is no longer required. With the new BuildOps integration, Remarcable handles the commitment, the receiving, and the bill, and sends all three into BuildOps - and your accounting system - at the same time. Nate Stein, the CFO at Muska Companies had this to say about it, "The integration seamlessly connects our purchasing, job costing and ERP systems. It eliminates the need for any redundant, dual data entry into multiple systems. The embedded Remarcable links in BuildOps and Sage make getting to the relevant PO always just one click away." Remarcable now has over 35 financial integrations, more than 3,000 integrated supplier branches via EDI, and has processed over 314,000 quotes, sales orders, and invoices with its proprietary AI OCR. Remarcable Inc. has become the single platform that ties your accounting software, your suppliers ERP, and now also your project management software together so data flows accurately, automatically, and in real time. 3. AI built into your accounting workflows. Remarcable Inc. put artificial intelligence into the accounting work your team already does, so energy goes toward the exceptions, not the routine: * Validation rules. Warnings let a record through with an acknowledgement. Errors hold it until it's corrected. You set how strict the rules are. * Flexible line matching. Match line items on purchase orders to invoices directly or with AI, with configurable rules for how to handle tax, freight, and discounts. * Audit trail. A new batch screen takes snapshots of every PO and invoice the moment it processes, so your team can see who did what and when. 4. Delivery Management to track every shipment. Your warehouse team pulls a request, packs the boxes, and then the questions start. Is it on a truck or still on the shelf? Did the box that showed up get logged? Remarcable Delivery Management closes that loop: * Create the shipment directly inside the request, with most fields pre-filled. * Track it as pending, in transit, or delivered, color-coded by driver. * Easy scanning with QR code at delivery, so the field team can mark it received in one tap. * A full log of who pulled it, who drove it, and who received it, with photos along the way. Brady label printing is integrated, so you can print labels from your iPhone or iPad. Teams have already logged 9,500+ delivery requests, with huge time savings. Taft Electrical has improved their accuracy of delivery requests by 160%! "Before Remarcable, maybe 30% of requests were right the first time. Now we're at 80% to 90%. The field picks exactly what's in our inventory, so there's no one guessing and nobody is assuming." - Adam Rojas, Tool Crib Manager, Taft Electric A few more updates released last quarter. Vendor Managed Inventory for contractors. If you run consignment on a job, in your warehouse, or in your pre-fab shop, the cage usually lives in its own system, separate from everything else. Someone ends up hand-matching pulls back to orders, and a pull rarely carries a cost code or phase code. That is where the reconciliation work and the accounting errors occur. Remarcable now resolves this on both sides with its new VMI update, part of Remarcable Inventory Management. * A crew member goes to Stock in Remarcable, finds the VMI location, and submits a material request. Same flow they already know, no new system to learn. * The person managing the inventory at the distributor confirms the quantity and marks it transferred from the consignment location. * Remarcable updates the inventory record in real time and generates a PO tied to exactly what was pulled, cost code and phase code included. * When the invoice arrives, AP matches it against a real PO tagged to actual usage, not a count after the fact and not a phone call. Vendor Managed Inventory for contractors is available now. Recurring service reminders. If you manage a fleet of trucks, tools, and equipment in Remarcable, you already track where it lives and who has it. Keeping up with maintenance has been the gap: oil changes, DOT inspections, calibrations. With recurring service reminders in Remarcable Tool Management, Remarcable Inc. close that gap. * Set a reminder on any tool, vehicle, or piece of equipment. Name the service, pick the due date, choose how far out you want the heads-up, and set how often it repeats: monthly, quarterly, annually. * Choose who gets notified, or Remarcable falls back to your tool and fleet admins. Either way, someone always knows. * Log the service when it's done, and attach the vendor, the cost, and inspection certificates, all linked to the item as a service record. * Mark it complete, and the next reminder is already scheduled. Supplier ERP integration settings. Smooth procurement needs clean data flowing both ways, from supplier to contractor and back. When it doesn't line up, a wrong PO number, an invoice mix-up, a SKU that doesn't translate, your team spends time cleaning up data instead of getting projects built. This quarter Remarcable Inc. added settings that keep both sides in sync. * When a PO number doesn't match, a contractor purchasing agent can reassign the sales order to the correct one in seconds. The supplier doesn't have to resend the order, and the contractor doesn't have to wait for a fix. * For supplier part numbers, suppliers now choose how to handle a SKU when there's no exact match: a best-effort match, a standard fallback, or an item description with a blank SKU, so incoming orders keep getting processed. A look at what's coming. Remarcable Inc. also previewed what's in the works for the next few months: * Punchout. Shop a supplier's full web catalog without leaving Remarcable. The cart comes back as a pending PO under your approval and budget rules. * Agentic AI accounting workflows. Set the rules, and orders from trusted vendors or POs under a set dollar amount move from email to your accounting system on their own. Your AP team spends time on reviewing exceptions, not routine POs. * Project Orders. A workflow built for engineered, long-lead equipment like switchgear, lighting packages, boilers, and RTUs, with live status pulled straight from supplier systems. * Vendor Managed Inventory for distributors. The other side of VMI, so the contractor and the distributor work from one record. No separate scan, no double entry.
