- At least 3 years of prior experience performing the listed functions.
- Experience in industrial welding is essential.
- Experience and knowledge of MIG/MAG welding, including welding chassis frames, cranes, and accessories.
- Knowledge of general mechanics.
- Ability to interpret assembly drawings.
- Ability to operate overhead cranes with heavy loads.
- Ability to cut steel using angle grinders and oxy-fuel equipment.
- Weld using MIG-MAG techniques, representing approximately 60% of the daily work.
- Assemble the crane onto the truck, representing approximately 40% of the daily work.
- Work with large structures.
- Manufacture and assemble steel structures for chassis frames and crane supports.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas.
- Maintain work tools.
- Experience assembling cranes, hook-lift systems, and/or vehicle conversions.
