Requirements
  • Higher education in a technical field, civil construction.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability for travel and on-site work.
Responsibilities
  • Verify and validate work statements, estimates, and technical reports submitted by subcontractors against forecasts.
  • Prepare work statements for settlement based on issued and approved reports.
  • Analyze and verify offers and estimates to ensure they fit within the allocated budget.
  • Prepare periodic technical and financial reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Ensure the correctness and traceability of contracts within the scope of the role, work statements, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain contact with subcontractors and project beneficiaries and support clarification of technical and financial matters.
  • Determine project progress and coordinate its updates, adjusting the project approach as needed to meet quality standards and objectives.
  • Facilitate ongoing evaluation of progress against the initial schedule.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate project progress.
  • Oversee compliance with project delivery and implementation deadlines to avoid delays that could generate additional costs.
  • Compare forecast values in preliminary estimates with actual values reported in final estimates.
  • Compare expenses by category between preliminary and final estimates.
