NOC Operations Engineer
About the job
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in NOC operations, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), telecommunications, or network infrastructure support.
- Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- Experience in network monitoring, connectivity troubleshooting, incident management, and SLA compliance.
- Familiarity with Cisco or equivalent networking technologies and monitoring tools.
- Support NOC operations and network infrastructure.
- Monitor networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage incidents and support SLA compliance.
- Experience with fiber-optic networks, GPON/XGS-PON, and OLT/ONT/ONU equipment is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or Wireshark.
