The Opportunity

We are searching for a Front End Engineer who will be responsible for contribute to feature development.  We hope that you will be able to advise and guide us on other platforms which result in better performance, infrastructure, and experience. 

Your Impact

• Lead in the development of our web app where you will be responsible for designing and shaping our current web application to be a more responsive, mobile-first single-page app
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that adheres to code standards
• Discover and fix bugs
• Test and evaluate the app for security and performance pitfalls
• Validate /test for cross-browser/platform/device compatibility
• Research solutions
• Participate in code standards and lead code reviews

We’re looking for someone who

• 2+ years of experience developing and architecting single-page web apps using a JavaScript framework
• Experience building websites that adhere to mobile-first functionality
• Strong proficiency in writing clean, reusable, optimized HTML/CSS, Typescript and JavaScript
• Familiar with Linux. Experience with AWS environment is preferred.
• Familiar with HTTP protocol
• Experience with WebSockets is a plus
• Experience writing unit, integration, and UI tests and a strong ability to debug code that is reusable, testable and efficient.
• Passion to explore and use the latest development tools and platforms
• Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields

Salary range

Salary Range: $136,000 to $185,000 USD per year.

This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
