Responsibilities
Keep all countertops and cupboards wiped clean.
Mop and clean floors around stations and mop the floor in the beer cooler.
Clean all floor drains daily.
Change garbage bags at all stations and frequently dispose of garbage and empty boxes.
Empty and clean all reach-in refrigerators behind the bar.
Clean glassware daily.
Clean bar foot rails.
Keep walls and surrounding areas clean around casino coffee and soda dispensers.
Clean glass windows and doors.
Clean all Pepsi machines in stations.
Work nights and weekends as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Record and report suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and the casino's internal control policy and Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Lounge Manager or Food and Beverage Director.

Position Purpose
Responsible for the heavy duty and detail cleaning of all bars.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
