- Mastery of ISO 9001 requirements and the ability to translate them into simple, effective operational practices adapted to business needs.
- Solid experience preparing, conducting, and following up on internal and external quality audits.
- Ability to interact with varied stakeholders and build engagement around quality objectives.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex standards into concrete, pragmatic solutions.
- Curiosity and a willingness to challenge existing practices through continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, for daily use in an international environment.
- Define the methodology for designing processes and ensure consistency across the Group.
- Define, promote, and support deployment of the management system, ensuring compliance at Group level.
- Support process owners in facilitating their processes and implementing process and management reviews.
- Manage the system documentation tool, promote standardization, and contribute to writing documentation.
- Anticipate certification-standard requirements, analyze certification audit gaps, and manage certification audits, including planning and monitoring action plans.
- Define and manage the internal quality audit program and monitor its action plan.
