Two to four years of experience working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.

Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options through consultative, relationship-driven conversations.
Work autonomously while building an individual path forward with support from the team.
Participate in arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach across the family's experience.
