  • Ability to move between hands-on execution and medium-term artificial intelligence automation roadmap planning.
  • Ability to map a messy manual workflow described by a non-technical stakeholder and turn it into a working automation.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to write clear, lightweight documentation for non-technical audiences.
  • A documentation-first mindset, treating undocumented knowledge as an organizational risk.
  • Ability to work as the sole owner of a function.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with People or Human Resources and Technology or Engineering stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end device and account provisioning for new hires, including hardware ordering, mobile device management enrollment via Deel IT, and core software accounts.

  • Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, the human resources information system, and other company tools, ensuring access aligns with roles and is promptly removed when employees depart.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of company hardware, software licenses, and software-as-a-service subscriptions, and identify redundant or underused tools.
  • Partner with the chief technology officer’s team on IT governance, security baselines such as access reviews and device compliance, and vendor management for digital workplace tools.
  • Define and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding IT checklists to ensure a smooth first-day experience, particularly for remote hires.
  • Design, build, and deploy artificial-intelligence-powered solutions, including agentic workflows, automations, and integrations, to eliminate or streamline repetitive transactional work across non-clinical teams.
  • Identify high-value, repetitive workflows across Operations, General and Administrative, and Sales and Marketing that are strong candidates for artificial-intelligence-assisted or agent-based automation.
  • Build and ship automations using tools such as Claude, Make.com, Zapier, Lovable, or similar platforms; partner with process owners to map current manual workflows before automating them; and provide lightweight maintenance documentation.
  • Partner with the chief technology officer on tooling decisions, governance, and boundaries between this role’s scope and the clinical artificial intelligence or product roadmap.
  • Track and report automation impact, including hours saved, error or rework reduction, and volume processed, to demonstrate return on investment and prioritize future processes.
  • Define the roadmap for the organization’s digital workplace and artificial intelligence capability as headcount scales.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience scaling digital workplace technology functions through a high-growth period, such as scaling from 150 to more than 300 full-time employees.
  • Prior experience as a first or solo hire building a function from scratch.
  • Familiarity with Deel IT, Google Workspace administration, or comparable mobile device management and identity stacks.
  • French proficiency.
