As the Senior Product Manager, you’ll set the vision, strategy, and priorities to drive success for our hybrid observability products inline with the company mission: To Simplify Technology Management for Humankind.
Cross functional leadership is instrumental to the role, so you can make your mark building the right product at the right time while shepherding the overall success of business metrics (including bookings, attach, adoption, expansion).
You’ll drive the roadmap with a focus on creating positive business impacts and customers outcomes. So, It is key that you are well-versed with IT processes and workflows, observability, hybrid infrastructure, cloud managed networking, and cloud managed infrastructure technologies, learning customer pain points, and understanding fast moving industry and competitive landscapes. As an experienced PM, you’ll also mentor others in the field.
This role cultivates partnerships with technology partners, LM product managers, engineers, business operations, sales, product marketing, and design to build or enhance a suite of LM product offerings that empower our customers to succeed in achieving their business objectives.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, CS, or CE degrees preferred
- Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams spanning Product-Engineering and Product-GTM teams
- 5+ years of software product management experience, with a preference for cloud managed networking, cloud managed infrastructure, or other relevant hybrid infrastructure technology experience.
- Business sense, humility, and inquisitive nature.
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinker capable of distilling the big picture into prioritized, objectives and key results.
- Proven success in delivering positive business impact and customer outcomes.
- Knowledge of agile development practices and their real-world application, with skill in articulating feature roadmaps and prioritization to internal and external stakeholders
