About the job

Requirements
  • Communicate in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
  • Be comfortable using computer tools.
  • Have a first experience in hotel reception, which is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Be customer-oriented, organized, responsive, autonomous, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a team.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome, inform, and assist guests throughout their stay.
  • Perform check-in and check-out efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage reservations, telephone calls, and information requests.
  • Advise guests about hotel services and destination attractions.
  • Build customer loyalty.
  • Handle billing and payment collection operations.
  • Ensure a high-quality guest experience by finding suitable solutions for each situation.
  • Collaborate with the Accommodation, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance teams to provide smooth, high-quality service.
  • Participate actively in hotel life and contribute to continuous improvement of services.
