Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Have scheduling flexibility and be able to work at multiple sites in one day.
Internal candidates must have an exemplary performance and attendance record with no disciplinary actions within a year of applying.
Possess customer service skills and be able to multitask.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office products and able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
Have a valid driver's license with no issues and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Be trained at numerous sites and develop complete knowledge of assigned properties, including facilities, post orders, emergency contact lists, emergency procedures, special instructions, and all post duties.
Assure proper use and maintenance of equipment used at the site by assigned officers, including keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, and wands.
Assist with staffing all posts to ensure complete coverage.
Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and legible.
Review post orders and notify the Regional Manager of missing or required paperwork.
Immediately report major disciplinary problems or complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment, or unfair labor practices to the Senior Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

This is an Auxiliary Security Officer position. The selected candidate will be trained at numerous sites and be trained to have complete knowledge of the properties where he/she is assigned, to include facilities, post orders, emergency contact lists, emergency procedures, special instructions, and all post duties.

The selected candidate may:

Assure proper use, and maintenance of all equipment used at the site by assigned officers (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, wands, etc.).
Assists with the staffing of all post in order to insure complete coverage.
Ensure all entries for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
Review Post orders and make the Regional Manager aware of any missing or required paperwork
Report any major disciplinary problems or complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment, or unfair labor practices to the Senior Supervisor immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
