- Be at least 21 years of age.

- Possess exceptional customer service skills.

- Be proficient with Microsoft Office products and able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
- Have a valid driver's license with no issues.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Train at numerous sites and develop complete knowledge of assigned properties, including facilities, post orders, emergency contact lists, emergency procedures, special instructions, and post duties.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment used at the site by assigned officers, including keys, key cards, cell phones, radios, and wands.
- Assist with staffing posts to ensure complete coverage.
- Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and legible.
- Review post orders and inform the Regional Manager of missing or required paperwork.
- Immediately report major disciplinary problems or complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment, or unfair labor practices to the Senior Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Internal candidates must have an exemplary performance and attendance record with no disciplinary actions within one year of applying.
