Requirements
  • One to three years of customer service experience.

  • Compliance with applicable banking laws, regulations, and bank policies, including Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money-laundering, Office of Foreign Assets Control, suspicious-activity reporting, lending, and deposit requirements.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand, and walk, and frequently sit.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries about bank products and services from business and Treasury Management clients, internal Treasury Management Officers, branch staff, and other business partners.
  • Remain current on department products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve issues of varying complexity through account research and use of support materials and resources.
  • Escalate requests requiring additional knowledge or expertise as directed by department leadership.
  • Accept incoming calls from business clients and internal employees to answer questions, resolve issues, and educate callers on system capabilities while delivering customer service.
  • Own problem resolution from start to finish for issues presented by clients and internal employees.
  • Perform additional support functions as assigned by leadership.
