  • Handle passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations within the terminal.
  • Deliver customer service with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide ground-handling services for flights carrying 200–300 passengers.

  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
