Responsibilities
  • Build a risk platform that centralizes data, rules, ML and anomaly detection and is extensible throughout DoorDash.
  • Partner closely with our payments team to launch new payments businesses (Dasher products, Gift Cards) while driving down payment abuse such as chargebacks.
  • Drive customer and financial outcomes by reducing Dasher, Customer and Merchant abuse in our marketplace.
  • Create new ways for us to know who our users are in a manner that is low-friction and least disruptive.
  • Innovate on new-to-the industry products like SafeChat+ that keep our customers safe.
  • Manage, develop, and hire a team of all-star product managers.
  • Drive the product definition, strategy, and long-term vision.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams of designers, operators, data scientists, and engineers.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences - within teams, to the management team, etc.
