Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical and Senior Technical Estimators, including hiring, performance management, and capability development.
Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of cost estimates to ensure accuracy across materials, labor, routing, tooling, overhead, manufacturability, and margin targets.
Execute pricing and margin strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and growth across OEM and general converting work.
Review complex or high-value opportunities and provide direction on materials, processes, tooling, and key cost drivers.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of estimating data within ERP systems, including bills of materials, routings, and item master data.
Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with cost modeling, pricing, and margin management.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality systems.

This role leads and develops the estimating function at TapeCase, delivering accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates across OEM and general converting opportunities, with a primary focus on gasket and die-cut applications. It also manages estimating operations, pricing strategy, and margin performance, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and manufacturing capabilities.
