Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering; PE license preferred or in progress.
  • 3–7 years experience in environmental or infrastructure engineering projects with a sustainability emphasis.
  • Familiarity with Florida environmental and permitting regulations (FDEP, EPA, etc.).
Responsibilities
  • Conduct environmental site assessments, permitting, and technical analyses for utility and reclaimed water projects.
  • Support planning and design of sustainable water/wastewater treatment systems; integrate environmental compliance with environmental, social, and governance focus.
  • Assist in public engagement and documentation of environmental performance within Pasco County infrastructure programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • GIS, environmental modeling, regulatory documentation, sustainability frameworks, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Analytical and compliance thinking, collaborative communication, cross-functional teamwork, and proactive project contribution.
  • Provide inputs into long-term environmental risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Support ESG reporting, metrics development, and sustainability key performance indicators for infrastructure projects.
