Transforming Age is a nonprofit network that improves older adults’ lives by providing affordable housing, healthcare, and community programs across 28 communities through a broad affiliate system. It owns or manages housing, coordinates home- and community-based services via affiliates like Full Life Care, and funds programs through the TA Cares Fund, Education Fund, and charitable care initiatives. Unlike groups focused on a single service, it combines housing, health services, and community programs with philanthropy to support aging in place at scale. Its goal is to expand access to affordable housing, healthcare, and supportive services for seniors and build a scalable, sustainable ecosystem for aging in place.
