Requirements
  • Hold a BA/BS degree or possess equivalent working experience.
  • Accumulate 5-7+ years of marketing experience in content production for websites, thought leadership, press releases, or lead generation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills, adapting style, tone, and voice to resonate with various content types.
  • Display a high level of creativity and process-driven orientation to support broader marketing campaign efforts.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills for independent work and project management with multiple components.
  • Utilize knowledge and experience in data, insights, market research, and analytics to create thought-provoking content.
  • Show intellectual curiosity, creativity, boldness, tenacity, and a passion for staying informed on industry trends and technologies.
  • Bonus: Experience managing social programs for a B2B company.
  • Major Plus: Experience working with ChatGPT or other AI tools for content marketing.
  • Proficient in SEMRush, Microsoft and Google Office; experience with video editing software and Figma is a major plus.
  • Ability to work 11 am - 8 pm EEST
Responsibilities
  • Formulate, possess, and sustain the content roadmap, content calendar, and execution plans.
  • Embrace a journalistic mindset to stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within the TV and CTV sector.
  • Demonstrate clear, concise, and compelling copywriting across diverse content types, such as blogs, emails, eBooks/white papers, video scripts, infographics, and social posts, contributing to heightened awareness and lead generation.
  • Create persona-driven content that mirrors buyers' challenges, interests, and objectives, optimizing the B2B purchasing journey.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts from marketing, product marketing, sales, client success, external influencers, and industry experts to generate pertinent content for key stakeholders and the audience.
  • Edit and provide feedback on content from other creators as needed.
  • Innovate and implement new content formats, styles, and methods, incorporating testing.
  • Supervise SEO technical aspects, including site architecture, crawlability, and mobile optimization. Conduct regular site audits to identify and address issues affecting search performance.
  • Enhance on-page content, meta tags, and other elements to boost search rankings.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy, identifying partnership opportunities for high-quality backlinks.
  • Manage social profiles on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, aiming to grow follower count, increase engagement, and drive leads through social channels.
  • Employ analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on essential content marketing and SEO metrics, extracting insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the performance of content and SEO initiatives.
