Transition Manager
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Transition Manager is required.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Cubao is required.
- Ensure the move from the current operational environment to the new one happens smoothly, on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and execute an end-to-end plan for the timely, risk-free transition of services from the external vendor to the internal team, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Develop the transition plan, timeline, milestones, and risk register.
- Coordinate activities across technical and business teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for transition-related issues.
- Manage communication with executives, stakeholders, and the outgoing vendor.
- Ensure compliance with contractual exit obligations.
- Track and report progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Manage cutover and hypercare activities during the stabilization period.
- Ensure full knowledge transfer to internal staff is completed and validated.
- Project management certifications.
- ITIL certification.
