Flow Cytometry Technician
About the job
- A Bac+2 qualification (BTS/DUT) or Bac+3 professional degree (Licence Pro) is required; candidates with a Master's or PhD will be rejected.
- One to two years of experience with cell-culture technologies, particularly flow cytometry, is required.
- English reading proficiency is essential; spoken English is beneficial for professional development.
- Comfort using IT tools is essential.
- Establish, perform, and interpret bioanalysis and immunomonitoring methods on samples from clinical and/or preclinical studies.
- Optimize and validate new methods applicable to these studies.
- Draft and review study plans and reports, procedures, operating instructions, forms, and related documents.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance system.
- Implement new technologies within the company.
- Resolve problems associated with analytical methods and routine tests.
- Technically and scientifically interpret raw data and information.
- Knowledge of other immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA or MSD.
- Knowledge of method development and validation.
- Knowledge of BD and Cytek systems, and FlowJo and FCS Express software.
