Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, especially in military/government training contexts.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze data on training effectiveness.
  • Develop reports that highlight language proficiency outcomes and identify improvement areas.
  • Use tools to measure training impacts.
  • Generate visual reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Use data insights to suggest improvements to training programs and outcomes.
  • Develop new metrics to track language and cultural proficiency trends over time.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in data analysis for training or education.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and statistical software.
  • Skilled in SPSS, R, or similar tools.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking in an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners.
  • Leadership and adaptability in a diverse classroom environment.
  • Able to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to data accuracy.
  • Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio, and the ability to quickly learn other tools, as necessary.
  • Security Clearance is required for Engagement Teams handling sensitive Engagements in the Federal Marketplace.
