Centific recognized as a Leader in The 2026 Forrester Wave: Localization Services.

Centific recognized as a Leader in The 2026 Forrester Wave: Localization Services. September 30, 2026 Centific, a global AI and data services company, has announced it has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave(TM): Localization Services, Q3 2026. The report evaluated the top localization services providers based on their current offerings, strategies, and customer feedback. According to the report, "Centific's strategy reflects an early bet on the overlap between localization and AI enablement, followed by a four-year effort to rebuild itself for AI-native delivery." The report notes that this investment "shows up in Flow and in its multilingual intelligence layer and services model for complex, multimarket customers." The report also states that Centific "is at its best when helping customers orchestrate messy, risky, decentralized ecosystems in pursuit of ambitious goals." Forrester adds: "Enterprises with complex, massively multilingual operations should consider Centific when they want to extend beyond translation to AI-enabled orchestration." The report's evaluation included feedback from Centific's clients, who described Centific as "flexible, inventive, and ahead of its peers in language AI" and also noted they appreciate its engineering depth and proactive advice. Jonas Ryberg, Senior Vice President, Multilingual AI at Centific, said, "We have built Centific around the belief that AI will fundamentally change localization, and being named a Leader is an important milestone. This recognition is especially meaningful for us because it reflects client feedback. We learn from clients every day, and their needs continue to shape Flow. There is still a great deal to build, and we will keep pushing Flow forward by combining the scale and intelligence of AI with the cultural insight, judgment, and expertise our people bring." The recognition comes as the enterprise challenge moves beyond generating multilingual content to determining how AI should be orchestrated, governed, and evaluated, and where human judgment adds value. Forrester says enterprise localization requires expertise in brand, culture, domain knowledge, and risk. AI and human judgment in concert Flow is Centific's AI-native orchestration and governance platform for global content and multilingual AI. It connects systems, models, language assets, quality signals, and human expertise to create adaptive workflows shaped by content, context, business intent, and risk. It also retains the enterprise's reference material, language assets, brand rules, and expert decisions so that knowledge can inform future work. As AI handles more of the production and coordination involved in multilingual content, Flow enables people to focus on areas where human judgment matters most, including cultural understanding, creativity, brand, quality, and high-risk decisions. Engineering for the AI era Centific received the highest score possible in 19 criteria, including tech and workflow integration; testing software, apps, and multimedia; non-text, multimodal, and real-time localization; hyperlocalization and cultural adaptation; workflow orchestration and AI acceleration; model selection, testing, and customization; and quality definition and assessment. Centific also received the highest score possible in the innovation criterion. The report is a milestone in Centific's journey. Centific will share more about the next evolution of Flow at LocWorld56 in Vancouver, October 19-21.
