- Experience with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and ISO 14001.
- Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.
- Experience with environmental, safety, occupational health, and management information systems such as Mapjects Clearview, ESOH-MIS, LEED, Mapjects ISO 14001, e-DASH, SharePoint, EASI, APIMS, or RACER.
- General knowledge of environmental program management, including air quality, airspace, biological resources, cultural resources, land use, noise, socio-economics, water resources, hazardous materials and waste, environmental justice, and cumulative impacts.
- Experience supporting documents including EIAP, EBS, and DOPAAs.
- Ability to oversee, coordinate, or analyze ESOH element problems and recommend solution alternatives.
- Provide employee awareness and training.
- Maintain document control.
- Develop and improve processes.
- Manage ISO 9001:2008 documentation, record-keeping, implementation, and registration details.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Oversee and coordinate employee training on ISO principles, functions, and quality-data analysis.
- Provide management input data for Management Review meetings.
- Interface with and assist external auditors during surveillance and re-certification audits.
- Maintain compliance-tracking systems.
- Work with management and project managers regarding customer feedback, preventive actions, and corrective actions.
