Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling a channel.

  • Proven experience with both agencies and direct creator outreach, including strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Own the influencer channel: Take full, independent ownership of the influencer channel. This includes managing existing agency partnerships while also building new, direct-to-creator collaborations.
  • Drive Strategic Impact: Go beyond surface-level metrics. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on campaign performance with a focus on business KPIs like conversion rates, user LTV, and direct revenue contribution.
  • Build the Network: Systematically scout, onboard, and manage a diverse network of influential creators, from established stars to rising micro-influencers.
  • Optimize & Grow the Budget: Take charge of a significant monthly budget, implementing robust, data-driven processes for outreach, contracting, and campaign optimization to ensure a strong return on investment.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with the Head of Growth and other internal teams to align your strategy with broader business goals, serving as the expert voice on all things influencer marketing.

Almedia provides an Engagement Engine that helps mobile game developers and app publishers acquire high-quality users through rewarded actions. The platform uses AI and machine learning to analyze data in real time, optimize ROAS, and charge advertisers only when users complete high-value objectives, with automated fraud prevention and first-party data from owned platforms like FreeCash.
