- Provide complex administrative support and oversee projects in support of an executive.
- Initiate, organize, and implement systems and procedures to efficiently manage special projects, reports, and presentation preparations.
- Represent the Executive to high-level internal and external constituents.
- Answer policy questions and determine appropriate courses of action for sensitive issues and matters of significance with organization-wide visibility and potential cost or organizational repercussions.
- Establish and maintain influential and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Gather information on behalf of the Executive and independently research and write complex memos, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings with community leaders, government agencies, legal firms, and consulting firms.
- Provide sensitive information to meeting participants and use discretion and judgment when responding to questions and determining issues concerning medical center access.
- Generate reports by determining appropriate data inclusion and output criteria, and review reports for validity and accuracy of information and data.
- Manage the online appointment schedule, coordinate arrangements for multiple meetings, and maintain files for easy access to background material for the daily schedule.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements for meetings and prepare materials for presentations.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Beth Israel Lahey Health is rolling out Heidi's ambient AI scribing tool to all its physicians following a successful trial across its facilities. The health system, which serves over 6,000 providers across 14 hospitals and 175 primary care practices, prioritises addressing physician burnout, with nearly half of US physicians reporting burnout. During a six-month trial offering Heidi to 1,000 providers, the majority adopted the technology. Survey results showed 89% were satisfied with note quality, 90% felt more present with patients, 74% reduced after-hours work time, and 82% experienced reduced cognitive load during visits. The implementation demonstrates how ambient AI can deliver immediate relief to physicians whilst benefiting patients and the healthcare system. Heidi supports over 2 million consultations weekly globally and has raised $96.6 million from investors including Point72 Private Investments and Blackbird.
