Responsibilities
  • Partner with Intercom’s leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
  • Influences and advises stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes.
  • Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics.
  • Attracts and converts passive talent through effective and authentic storytelling of company strategy and business goals.
  • Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions and influence and advice stakeholders.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
