  • Collaborate with tax team to establish policies and communicate them to management
  • Oversee global transfer pricing documentation
  • Manage and mitigate transfer pricing risks
  • Lead transfer pricing aspects of tax audits
  • Assess and document FIN48 reserves for transfer pricing issues
  • Advise Treasury on intercompany financing and cash flow timing
  • Work with Global Capability Centers to establish regional cost-sharing strategies
  • Support various business units in addressing local tax issues related to transfer pricing
  • Implement tools and processes to enhance transfer pricing function efficiency
  • Redesign and automate intercompany processes
  • Manage and develop a team of two colleagues
  • Educate finance and business personnel on transfer pricing requirements and risks

New York and San Francisco – The Nielsen Company today announced an agreement to acquire San Francisco-based Telephia, Inc., the leading provider of syndicated consumer research to the telecom and mobile media markets. This transaction will accelerate Nielsen’s strategy of providing clients worldwide with the most accurate measurement and analysis of consumer behavior and media use across all platforms.Terms of the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval and expected to close in the third quarter, were not disclosed.
