Requirements
- Proficiency in three-dimensional solid modeling with Creo is mandatory.
- Experience with product lifecycle management or product data management tools such as Enovia and Windchill is required.
- Strong knowledge of engineering materials and fabrication methods for vacuum systems is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form is required.
- Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced, multicultural organization is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, Publisher, and Microsoft Office is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage large assemblies and system layouts using reference geometry.
- Design vacuum systems using knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques.
- Develop conceptual and detailed designs using Pro/ENGINEER (Creo) and AutoCAD.
- Apply manufacturing processes including machining, welding, and sheet metal forming.
- Support on-site and offshore coordination and collaborate in a global, multidisciplinary environment.
- Ensure compliance with SEMI S2 and S8 standards and semiconductor domain requirements.
- Provide reverse-engineering support and adapt to changing project priorities.
