SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Rhombus, a provider of cloud-managed physical security, has announced $45 million in a Series C funding round led by NightDragon, a dedicated cybersecurity, safety, security and privacy investment firm, with participation from Bluestone Equity Partners, and existing investors Caden Capital, Cota Capital, Tru Arrow Partners, and Uncorrelated Ventures.
Cloud-based smart security company Rhombus Inc. has raised $45 million to expand its customer base and develop new products. The funding was led by NightDragon, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm focused on cybersecurity, security, and privacy. NightDragon's managing director, Morgan Kyauk, will join Rhombus' board of directors. The investment will support Rhombus in scaling its sales and enhancing its technology, including AI-controlled smart cameras and cloud-based security systems.
Rhombus Systems: The company raised an estimated $26 million of Series B venture funding through a combination of debt and equity in a deal led by Tru Arrow Partners and Cota Capital on February 27, 2024.
