About the job
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a procedure-based practice is strongly preferred for the role's clinical environment.
- The candidate must be able to prepare patients for treatment, including applying topical numbing cream.
- The candidate must be able to assist providers during injectable and aesthetic procedures.
- The candidate must be able to process and prepare PRP and EZ Gel.
- The candidate must be able to reconstitute neurotoxins and prepare Botox and filler syringes, as legally permitted and under appropriate clinical supervision.
- The candidate must be able to maintain inventory, track expiration dates, and complete accurate documentation.
- The candidate must be able to support patient flow and help providers remain on schedule.
- The candidate must be able to perform front-desk duties as needed, including answering phones, scheduling, and patient check-in and checkout.
- The candidate must uphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and practice standards.
- The candidate must be friendly, resourceful, organized, and attentive to detail.
- The candidate must be a confident communicator with a patient-focused approach.
- The candidate must be able to work efficiently, take initiative, and transition between clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- The candidate must be dependable, professional, and committed to teamwork.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for aesthetic procedures.
- Manage room setup, turnover, sanitation, and restocking.
- Capture consistent, high-quality before-and-after photos.
- Assist providers during injectable and aesthetic procedures.
- Process and prepare PRP and EZ Gel.
- Reconstitute neurotoxins and prepare Botox and filler syringes, as legally permitted and under appropriate clinical supervision.
- Maintain inventory, expiration tracking, and accurate documentation.
- Support patient flow and help providers remain on schedule.
- Assist with front-desk duties as needed, including phones, scheduling, and patient check-in and checkout.
- Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and practice standards.
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical training.
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a procedure-based practice.
- Experience with injectable setup, PRP/EZ Gel preparation, and neurotoxin reconstitution.
