  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on channel sales and a track record of success.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a greenfield territory, with experience in closing complex sales and landing major accounts.
  • Strong experience in managing long sales cycles and engaging with all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with MEDDPPIC sales methodology is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, with a hunter mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region to meet with customers and partners.
  • Relevant industry experience in physical security, hardware, or related technology fields is a plus.
  • Need to be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and outreach to product demonstrations, trials, and negotiations.
  • Dedicate at least 50% of time to field-based activities, including customer meetings and site visits.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan to drive new business and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, focusing on generating new business and driving expansion.
  • Engage in strategic outbound prospecting and lead generation primarily through partners, managing a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams for product improvement and market strategy adjustments.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to align sales strategies and drive market presence.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Rhombus’ products and the physical security market to effectively sell to C-level executives.
