- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar professional role.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as .NET Core, C#, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks, including Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and SQL or NoSQL database design.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Proficiency with React 18 and TypeScript, including hooks, context, component composition, and performance optimization.
- Experience with data visualization using Recharts, D3.js, or Chart.js.
- Proficiency with Tailwind CSS or an equivalent technology for responsive, mobile-first layouts.
- Ability to implement polished Figma designs accurately without a designer in the loop.
- Experience with MSAL.js for Azure Active Directory authentication in single-page applications.
- Experience integrating REST APIs using fetch or Axios, including error handling, loading states, and optimistic updates.
- Experience with React Query or Zustand for state management.
- Experience with GitHub Actions for frontend continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Experience with CSS Grid or Flexbox and viewport testing across devices.
- Experience with Vitest or React Testing Library.
- Experience with WebSocket or Server-Sent Events for real-time data feeds.
- Experience implementing React and TypeScript single-page applications with executive, operational, and administrative views.
- Experience implementing Azure Active Directory single sign-on, multi-factor authentication enforcement, and session management.
- Experience implementing approval workflows with pending approvals, signature requests, approve or decline actions, and audit displays.
- Ability to ensure all panels are usable on a 390-pixel viewport.
- Ability to handle stale, partial, or unavailable data gracefully.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable web applications.
- Oversee full-stack software development and ensure best practices in code quality and architecture.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies.
- Drive technical excellence.
- Implement role-based views, including executive read-only summaries, operational read/write access, and full administrative configuration.
- Develop data visualizations including pie charts, bar charts, line charts, sparklines, progress bars, ranked leaderboards, and posture indicators.
