About the job
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geo-informatics or another relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated work experience with ArcGIS Pro.
- Demonstrated work experience with Python and FME.
- Work experience with ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Work experience with (Enterprise) Geodatabases.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and French.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse international teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to maintain processes under time pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to motivate, train, and guide others.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements, environments, and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage GIS maps, datasets, and applications for current and future projects in Belgium and abroad.
- Analyze and visualize geographic information to provide insight into project areas.
- Integrate GIS data with BIM models and other technical systems.
- Automate spatial analyses and data processing using Python, FME, or other GIS tools.
- Collaborate with teams in the Netherlands and Belgium to optimize best practices and data exchange.
- Identify opportunities to use innovations to make other people's work more efficient and effective.
- Experience in the construction sector on large-scale (over 25 million) or complex infrastructure projects.
- Work experience with BIM-related data.
- Work experience with drone data.
- Work experience with GIS in relation to other information systems, such as Relatics.
- English language skills.
