Topgolf uses high-tech driving ranges that blend golf with social entertainment. Players hit microchipped balls into targets to score points based on distance and accuracy, playing in bays that are charged by time. Venues combine sport with dining, drinks, and event spaces to create a social experience for families, friends, corporate groups, and golf enthusiasts. Compared with traditional golf or purely entertainment venues, Topgolf differentiates itself by integrating technology, a social atmosphere, and variety of revenue streams (venue time, food and beverage, events, and merchandise) into one experiential offering. The company’s goal is to grow its footprint by delivering scalable, engaging entertainment experiences that mix sport, technology, and hospitality across more locations both in the U.S. and internationally.

Topgolf announces Family Entertainment Group as new arcade partner across nearly 100 u.s. Venues.

Topgolf announces Family Entertainment Group as new arcade partner across nearly 100 u.s. Venues. Sep 01, 2026, 09:00 ET DALLAS, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Sports entertainment leader, Topgolf announced today a new partnership with Family Entertainment Group (FEG), naming the seasoned entertainment operator as its newest arcade partner across nearly 100 Topgolf venues throughout the United States. The phased rollout, which began in June and will continue through December 2026, will expand Topgolf's all-day entertainment offerings with custom-designed arcade and game-room experiences tailored to each venue's local market, following a successful pilot at seven locations that delivered strong guest response. The collaboration represents another step in Topgolf's continued investment in creating more engaging, all-day entertainment destinations. By bringing FEG's expertise in designing and operating best-in-class arcade experiences to Topgolf venues nationwide, Topgolf will continue to evolve each venue with entertainment offerings tailored to its guests and local market. "At Topgolf, we're always looking for ways to elevate the guest experience and really be the Ultimate Sports, Entertainment and Golf Destination," said David McKillips, Chief Executive Officer of Topgolf. "Bringing Family Entertainment Group into nearly 100 of our venues adds another way to play and connect. By thoughtfully curating experiences for each location, we're giving our guests even more reasons to visit, stay longer and create memorable moments with family and friends." FEG is recognized as one of the industry's leading developers and operators of entertainment attractions, with decades of experience creating immersive arcade and amusement experiences in family entertainment centers, resorts, casinos and hospitality destinations around the world. "Topgolf built one of the most innovative venues in hospitality," added Rex Jackson, CEO of FEG. "FEG builds the games expertise that goes inside it. Bringing those together across 94 locations is the kind of partnership that raises the guest experience for both of us." Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Topgolf and FEG will customize each location's entertainment mix - from interactive augmented darts experiences in bar and lounge spaces to family-friendly arcades and redemption game rooms designed to engage guests of all ages. The flexible approach ensures every venue delivers an entertainment experience that complements its unique guest demographic while expanding opportunities for play beyond the hitting bays. The nationwide expansion follows a successful pilot program launched in May 2026 at seven Topgolf venues - Dallas, Fort Worth, The Colony and Grand Prairie, Texas; Orlando and Lake Mary, Florida; and Buford, Georgia - where FEG-curated arcade and game-room experiences were tailored to each location's guest profile. Guest response to the pilot was overwhelmingly positive, giving Topgolf and FEG the confidence to scale the program across 94 venues nationwide. The rollout of FEG-managed entertainment experiences is underway across participating Topgolf locations nationwide, with each installation thoughtfully designed to complement the venue, its guests and the overall Topgolf experience. As Topgolf continues to innovate and diversify its entertainment offerings, this partnership underscores the company's ongoing commitment to creating destinations where great food, golf, games and unforgettable moments come together under one roof. Arcade Game Lineup Drawing on results from the pilot program, FEG is curating a mix of arcade, redemption and immersive games for each venue. The lineup varies by location, but commonly includes: * Sports & Arcade Classics: Golden Tee PGA Tour, NBA Superstars, World Football Pro, World Cup Tournament, Quarterback Pro, Chexx Hockey, Hyper Pitch, Sink It, Pop-A-Shot Basketball (Tournament), Air Hockey, Jet Darts, Open Ice Quad and Step Maniax * Racing & Driving: Daytona, Super Bikes 3, Cruis'n Blast, Fast N' Furious and Jackpot Racers * Immersive & Themed Experiences: Halo (Fireteam, Raven and 2-player tethered formats), Jurassic Park Environmental and Angry Birds Boom * Redemption & Family Favorites: Toy Box Mega, Toy Box 4-Player LCD, Photoma photo booth, Duck Depot, Candy Ticket, Vortex Max XL Crane, E Claw 900, Hit the Spot, Ice Ball, Mega Shot, Connect 4 Deluxe and Grand Piano Keys * Bar & Lounge Exclusives: Pabst Purrfect Pour PBR and Topgolf Medallion Vending About Topgolf Topgolf is the ultimate instigator of play. Homes for sale in the Coachella Valley.

Homes for sale in the Coachella Valley. Community August 23, 2026 Topgolf Swing Suites are now open at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, and it's a notable addition to a resort corridor that keeps building on itself. The suites bring tech-driven golf simulation indoors, which matters a lot out here when summer temperatures make outdoor activity impractical for months at a time. What the Topgolf Swing Suites at Renaissance Esmeralda actually offer. The Topgolf Swing Suites are private, climate-controlled rooms where guests use simulator technology to play virtual golf courses, golf-based games, and other sports simulations. Reservations are typically made by the hour, and the suites work for small groups. Because the experience is entirely indoors at a full-service resort, weather doesn't factor in. That's a real selling point in a place where July and August regularly top 110 degrees. For valley residents, this fills a specific gap. The Coachella Valley has no shortage of outdoor golf, spa access, and seasonal events. What it has historically lacked is a strong roster of indoor entertainment options that work on a Wednesday in August. Topgolf Swing Suites are now open in Indian Wells specifically at a property that already draws resort guests, so the built-in traffic is there from day one. What this signals about investment in the valley's hospitality corridor. The Renaissance Esmeralda sits along the Highway 111 corridor in Indian Wells, surrounded by properties in Palm Desert, La Quinta, and Rancho Mirage. When a resort of this caliber adds a Topgolf concept, it reflects confidence in the valley as a year-round destination, not just a winter season market. That matters to homeowners in nearby communities. Resort-area amenities support the broader appeal of the valley to visitors and relocating buyers alike. More hospitality investment generally correlates with sustained demand for short-term rentals, second homes, and long-term residential properties in the surrounding zip codes. If you own near the resort corridor and have been wondering what your home is worth in this market, that context is worth factoring in. Find out what your home is worth What this means for you. - Valley residents now have an indoor, climate-controlled entertainment option at a resort property that's open beyond the winter season. - The addition reflects continued hospitality investment along the Highway 111 corridor, which supports property demand in surrounding neighborhoods. - Short-term rental owners near Indian Wells benefit when resort-area amenities give visitors more reasons to book stays year-round. - Buyers considering the valley as a primary or secondary residence can point to this kind of amenity growth as evidence the market continues to attract development dollars. The Coachella Valley has always had strong seasonal appeal. What's changed over the past several years is the push to make it function as a true year-round destination. Topgolf Swing Suites being open in Indian Wells is one more piece of that. For residents, it's a new place to spend an evening. For the broader market, it's one more signal that investment here isn't slowing down. If you're tracking what's happening across the valley, the Craft & Bauer blog covers community development, market updates, and local context on a regular basis. Feel free to reach out if you want to talk through what any of it means for your specific situation. I'm always happy to have that conversation. Frequently asked questions. Where exactly are the Topgolf Swing Suites located in Indian Wells? The Topgolf Swing Suites are located inside the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, along the Highway 111 corridor. The resort is a well-established full-service property in the heart of the valley's resort district. Does this kind of resort amenity affect home values in nearby communities? Direct causation is hard to isolate, but hospitality investment in a corridor does support sustained demand from buyers and renters who value proximity to resort-area amenities. Homeowners near Indian Wells and the surrounding resort corridor can use that demand context when evaluating their property's position in the market. Find out what your home is worth Are Topgolf Swing Suites open to the public or only hotel guests? Topgolf Swing Suites at resort properties are typically available to both hotel guests and outside visitors by reservation, though policies can vary by property. Contact the Renaissance Esmeralda directly to confirm current availability and booking options for non-hotel guests. Watch the video. Shana Gates. War of words divides Parsippany officials after Topgolf allegations.

War of words divides Parsippany officials after Topgolf allegations. Morristown Daily Record Aug. 17, 2026, 4:35 a.m. ET Three men recently removed from township committees in Parsippany are embroiled in a growing controversy that involves one of the men suggesting township officials attempted to extort the township's newest big business − Topgolf, a $30 million sports-entertainment complex that opened just before the July 4 holiday weekend. Following weeks of rumors spreading around town that those officials "strong-armed" Topgolf for a donation to fund community events, the town council voted on July 21 to remove local developer Dr. Bhagirath Maheta and former Councilman Frank Neglia from the Parsippany Economic Development Committee. Both are Republicans. No reason was given at the time, but Maheta and Neglia were all rumored to be the source of those rumors. Maheta and Neglia, denied spreading any rumors. Maheta said he was "blindsided" by the committee ouster. But Maheta, in an interview on August 10, put his own allegations of "extortion" on the record. "There was an incident that took place in the name of donations that was extortion," said Maheta, who has bought and redeveloped several multi-million-dollar properties on the Parsippany Route 46 commercial corridor. They include four office buildings he bought for $10 million in 2021 and demolished to clear the Topgolf property, where he now serves as landlord. "They tried to shake down the manager of the Topgolf venue, and they tried to shake me," he said. "They tried to intimidate me, threaten me." Town officials respond. In another interview last week, Mayor Pulkit Desai said he was aware of rumors which alleged Business Administrator Khaled Madin and Township Attorney Joseph DeMarco had in some manner "strong-armed" Topgolf officials to contribute funds for community events such as fireworks or the summer concert series. The mayor denied those rumors, stating that donations were suggested at some point in a conversation in which Topgolf representatives asked what they could do for the community, but no demands were made. "Typical stuff that we have asked of other businesses, and they have," Desai said. DeMarco said he attended meetings with Madin and Topgolf engineers prior to its July 3 grand opening that were focused on last-minute lighting issues at the facility "to help, to the best of our ability, to get them open, because open businesses are good for the community." But there was no extortion or "strong-arming" of any kind, he said. "They went there to make sure everything was proper [with the lighting issue]," the mayor said. "And then Dr. Maheta shows up. He's ingratiated himself into every aspect of Topgolf, which is their problem. He's just the landlord." DeMarco added that town officials continue to meet with Topgolf officials on water-connection fees and other details related to the 12-acre complex as recently as Aug. 11 and "no one from Topgolf has said anything or complained about anything. Quite frankly, they've been very, very happy with the partnership, with the town." He is aware that Maheta was upset because he was not invited to the meetings, but that his involvement as landlord was not relevant to engineering discussions. "I don't know if there was a misunderstanding, but it had nothing to do with him," DeMarco said. Maheta said he wonders why the administration would "try to hurt the reputation" of someone who has invested millions in the town and brought in new businesses including Topgolf, Starbucks and Chick-fil-A to replace mostly vacant properties. "I am the only person on that committee who is serving the purpose of economically developing the town," Maheta said. "I have created 650 new jobs for residents. I have created millions of dollars for the town in property tax and I have not used a PILOT program. But they are going on hearsay that they heard the rumor." Neglia also said he was blindsided by his ouster. "I heard the rumors like everyone else in town, but I did not spread any rumors," he said. "I've always respected the mayor's office. To be shut out like this is a slap in the face." Party politics. The 3-1 council motion vote on July 21 fell along party lines, without discussion. Democrats Matt Kavanagh, Diya Patel and Council President Judy Hernandez voted in favor. Paul Carifi Jr. voted no and Matt McGrath abstained after asking for the reason behind the removals and not receiving a reply. Another Republican, Jigar Shah, was also removed from his committee position. Shah had also served as the town's liaison to the Indian community under former Mayor James Barberio. Desai said Shah had not been attending meetings and wanted to open his seat "to give someone else the opportunity to serve." "Participation matters," Desai said. Carifi and McGrath are the lone council holdovers from the longtime Republican majority in Morris County's largest municipality. Patel and Kavanagh swept into office in the 2025 election with Desai, who unseated incumbent Republican Barberio for the county's only full-time mayor's office. Running with Barberio, Neglia also lost his bid for a second council term in an election that gave Parsippany Democrats a council majority for the first time in decades. Responding to public inquiries about the committee vote, Desai discussed the issue at the following council meeting on Aug. 4. "I know that serious allegations have been circulated, accusing township officials of corruption and claiming there's audio and video evidence to support these accusations," Desai said. "If someone serving on your township committee truly believes there is corruption, they have an obligation to report it immediately. That's how we protect the public and the integrity of our government. Because with unverified accusations, you undermine public trust without giving anyone the opportunity to determine the truth." Maheta said he reached out to the mayor on three occasions to discuss his "serious allegations" but was rebuffed. Neglia said he also attempted to contact the mayor via email but did not hear back. Desai acknowledged meeting with Maheta about the issue, but said he came away with the impression the "misunderstanding" had been resolved. "However, both individuals simply continued to repeat these throughout the community; these allegations. That is not how responsible public service works," Desai said. In the followup discussion at the Aug. 4 council meeting, Hernandez added her take on the controversy. "I agreed with the mayor that the actions of those committee members were inconsistent with the standards of professionalism and judgment we expect from township advisory committees," she said. "Judy Hernandez hasn't called me or communicated with me to see the other side of the story," Maheta said. "Why are they being blind and just taking whatever these people are saying?" Maheta continued his allegations against Desai and his administration, claiming they "threatened" to claim eminent domain on one of his Route 46 properties, the Cerbo Lumber tract, and deny a certificate of occupancy for another. "They are denying [the "strong-arming" allegations] because they are scared it would give them a bad reputation in the business community," Maheta said. Desai said the accusations have placed his own reputation on the line. "I'm all for businesses," the mayor said. "But when my reputation or character is questioned, I have a big issue with that."
