- Minimum of 7 years Hunter/Seeker sales experience
- MUST HAVE experience selling DAS systems
- Have an established network of key decision makers in the region, allowing you to meet and exceed revenue expectations.
- Demonstrated success developing and winning complex deals for technology solutions.
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts, key features, and benefits of JMA product portfolio.
- Up to 50% travel required.
- This position can be based Nationwide.
- Creatively sell JMA portfolio of high-performance DAS systems to clients nationwide.
- Build and maintain relationships with a clear understanding of the customer’s decision-making process, budget, timeline, and organization structure required to win!
- Collaborate with other JMA departments to work in a “team sales” environment interacting with Product Line Management, Sales Engineering and Customer Support.
- Sales funnel management and accurate forecasting. Provide weekly status reports for senior management.
- Be strategic and execute detailed territory and account plans.
- Build alliances and partnerships with wireless operators, neutral host companies, integrators, installers, venue owners and other ecosystem partners who compliment JMA’s value in each focus opportunity.
- MBA a plus

JMA Wireless awarded $44M to upgrade 5G O-RAN radio manufacturing plant in New York.
The Biden administration awarded $273 million in federal funding for ORU hardware development through the Wireless Innovation Fund. JMA Wireless received $43.9 million to develop the American Ruggedized Modular O-RAN Radio (ARMOR) platform, which supports energy-efficient Open Radio Unit variants. This initiative aims to enhance U.S. innovation and global leadership in wireless networks as part of the CHIPs and Science Act, which will distribute $1.5 billion over the next decade.
JMA Wireless will spend over $75 million to expand and upgrade its 5G factory in Syracuse, New York, with about $44 million coming from federal funding under the CHIPS and Science Law.

All told, JMA Wireless officials said the CHIPS Act grant will allow the company to invest $75 million to open a new production line and expand testing capabilities at its plant on Syracuse's South Side, which opened in 2022.
