Requirements
  • Technically proficient understanding of Automotive Retail vendors, including dealer management systems, customer relationship management systems, trade-in tools, and digital retailing tools, and the ability to explain technical tasks and issues to non-technical stakeholders. The required knowledge can be acquired through Entrega- and original equipment manufacturer-provided training.

  • At least 2 years of original equipment manufacturer Automotive Retail program experience.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively communicate opportunities, risks, issues, and obstacles observed through engagement with Automotive Retail Dealers and original equipment manufacturer stakeholders to the manager and Project Delivery team, and recommend solutions and corrective actions.
  • Work with leadership to implement processes and solutions aligned with program direction while meeting deliverable goals and objectives.
  • Own and execute short-term special projects; collaborate cross-functionally to define scope, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
  • Prepare reports and gather and process data to provide actionable insights for the manager and Project Delivery team.
  • Consult assigned Dealer clients on using software application features to meet their goals, and help develop strategies, talk tracks, Dealer monitoring techniques, and best practices for Account Support teams.
  • Drive client engagement and software utilization through team development, application feature enablement, technical solutions, and performance audits; set the standard for client engagement within the Account Support team.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and monitor software application performance for assigned Dealers, and provide level 2 support for escalations from Dealers assigned across the Account Support team.
  • Resolve Dealer questions and issues using advanced application knowledge, independent research and investigation, and root cause analysis.
  • Continue learning the software application, dealership inventory data processes, and third-party vendor functionality; maintain existing training materials and support development of new materials as the Dealer digital landscape changes.
  • Audit Dealer settings and encourage feature enablement to support utilization targets and optimize the consumer and Dealer experience.
  • Monitor Dealer engagement and utilization, and proactively contact Dealers to improve utilization key performance indicators established by Entrega and original equipment manufacturer stakeholders.
  • Review technical tickets and provide insights to the Performance Advisor for further analysis.
  • Monitor software quality to ensure it functions correctly on Dealer websites and identify ways Dealers can increase consumer awareness on their websites.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required to support the organization.
