  • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
  • Must regularly lift and move objects weighing 10–50 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects weighing more than 165 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, climb, and balance as required.
  • Must have close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, with the ability to adjust and focus.
  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures depending on the season.
  • Must wear the company-authorized uniform and steel-toed shoes.
  • Must follow Federal Carrier Safety Management rules and regulations.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and remain neatly groomed.
  • Must not carry unauthorized passengers in a company vehicle.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to assigned accounts according to the daily schedule and route, and pick up trade returns.
  • Increase shelf space, create and maintain floor displays, merchandise products using point-of-sale materials, and follow driver-sales processes at each account.
  • Check code dates, rotate beer and other supplier products using the first-in/first-out method, and maintain quality control in each account.
  • Stack products safely and neatly in retailer-designated areas and build displays when directed by the Region Sales Manager or Pre-Seller.
  • Promptly pick up trade returns, including empty kegs, pallets, and exports, as well as old or out-of-date products.
  • Drive and park delivery vehicles safely and courteously without blocking driveways, gas pumps, entrances, or exits.
  • Verify the truck load with the Driver Manager or Warehouse Manager before leaving the warehouse and check in each morning before departure.
  • Secure products on the truck, collect payment for invoices unless prepaid, obtain licensee or agent signatures, and mark paid invoices appropriately.
  • Double-check delivery invoices and payments for counts, packages, signatures, and amounts.
  • Complete the daily warehouse check-in procedure by turning in money, tickets, and load sheets; verifying returned items; and remaining until the office verifies the load, tickets, and money.
  • Maintain hand trucks and report defects to the Maintenance Department.
  • Keep the truck clean, remove trash, and wash the truck when instructed.
  • Complete vehicle inspection reports each morning and evening and submit the original to the Driver Manager.
  • Report accidents immediately, complete the required accident report, and submit it upon returning to the warehouse.
  • Refuel the assigned truck daily and check its oil, water, and tires.
  • Participate in surveys, contests, point-of-sale material placement, and completion of Impact Sheets when requested by management.
  • Carry supplier and partner code-date cards or use the digital phone application.
  • Follow Bob Hall and supplier/partner product-rotation policies.
