A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or another comparable degree is required.
Four to seven years of cross-industry experience as a technology consultant, IT strategist, enterprise architect, or technical product manager at an established consulting company or technology service provider is required.
Broad experience in one or more of Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Platforms, Technical Product Management, or Technology Operating Model is required.
Advanced knowledge of business process frameworks, logical architectures, and functional models in banking, telecommunications, or retail is required.
A good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking methodologies and how to use them to improve an IT organization is required.
Familiarity with cloud, serverless, artificial intelligence, microservices, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines, and how to generate value with them, is required.
Independence, efficiency, and end-to-end project ownership as a team leader are required.
Eligibility to work in Turkey is required.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive technology strategies for clients, including technology maturity assessments, application portfolio rationalization, information strategies, sourcing strategies, and IT modernization roadmaps.
Design IT architectures that address digital transformation and IT modernization objectives using cloud-native technologies, modern software development methodologies, and scalable digital platforms.
Interact with clients to understand and analyze business issues, identify pain points, and build a fact base supporting hypotheses and rationale for action.
Develop business cases and roadmaps for strategic IT planning.
Conduct as-is analysis and to-be design sessions and document the results to enable solution development.
Conduct workshops in physical and remote settings.
Help develop new offerings and assets.
Guide team members during project execution.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of enterprise-scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, DAD, or LeSS is a plus.

What You Bring to the Table:

Good understanding of emerging methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Design Thinking) and how to use them to improve an IT organization. Knowledge of enterprise scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, DAD, Less) is a plus
Familiar with the tech-buzzwords cloud, serverless, AI, microservices, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines and how to generate value with them
Strong level of independence and efficiency; end-to-end project ownership as a team leader
