Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of software or SaaS sales experience within Federal agencies
  • Success closing 6 figure deals within Federal/PBST
  • Hunter mentality and success with finding net new/new logo opportunities
  • Display technical acumen with the ability to relate it with business value
  • Comfortable with an enterprise and transactional sales model
  • Ability to forecast, handle sales expenses and have fun
  • High creativity, flexibility, and the capacity to multitask and create something better
  • Excellent qualifying and closing skills
  • Business development, prospecting skills, and ability to build strong partner relationships
  • Experience solution selling to the FBI highly preferred
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
  • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Must live within Washington D.C. Metro (MD, DC, VA)
Responsibilities
  • Actively driving and handling the full sales cycle
  • Developing and exceeding quota against a territory coverage plan
  • Consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets
  • Driving engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects
  • Adopting all aspects of selling
