About the job
- Completed commercial vocational training with several years of experience in human resources, or a university degree with a specialization in human resources and initial relevant professional experience.
- Good knowledge of employment law, wage tax law, and social security law.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good English skills to support international collaboration with colleagues worldwide.
- Good communication skills and a structured, organized working style.
- Teamwork, flexibility, digital affinity, and initiative.
- Advise employees, managers, and external institutions on personnel-related and administrative matters.
- Create and process personnel documents, such as employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment references.
- Ensure reliable processing of company-wide payroll and travel expense accounting.
- Manage timekeeping and handle all related communication.
- Support preparation of monthly human resources reports and prepare the required data.
- Potentially take on additional human resources topics and responsibility, such as personnel controlling, workforce planning and budgeting, personnel development and training, and recruiting.
