Requirements
  • Experience in Benefits Administration & Customer Onboarding
  • Proven project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Physical requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Responsibilities
  • Successfully implement BambooHR’s BenAdmin Add-on for new or existing customers, this will include partnering and collaborating with HRIS and Payroll Project Managers with new customers that have BenAdmin.
  • Subject Matter Expert for Benefits Administration
  • Partnering with project managers to provide benefits administration at the right time in the onboarding process
  • Maintain an understanding of coming changes to ben admin functionality
  • Coordinate successful handoffs with Payroll Onboarding
  • Hold trainings with new benefits administration users
  • Collaborate with customer’s benefits administrators and brokers for a smooth benefits administration onboarding experience
  • 100% data importing accuracy
  • Partner with project managers to ensure a successful handoff to the benefits administration implementation
  • Assist in gathering and preparing information for carrier connections
  • Take ownership of escalations and resolutions
