Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • No visa sponsorship will be provided; H-1B or TN visas are not available for this position.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance (Secret Facility or Top Secret Facility) or already cleared.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Four or more years of experience in change management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe).
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities
  • Provide defense and security-related Management and Operations Solutions for Strategic Performance Management Services on behalf of the U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).
  • Lead change management processes and initiatives to minimize resistance and foster organizational alignment.
  • Provide expertise in change management to support reorganization, identify performance gaps, and develop communication plans to foster organizational alignment.
  • Specialize in change management, organizational alignment, and performance improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with change management methodologies; certification in change management preferred.
