Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED and some college, defined as at least one completed college course, dual enrollment with a college while in high school, or completion of a trade school program.
  • At least two years of experience working with children with special needs and/or autism.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed.
  • Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral intervention to children with autism and their families in a variety of settings.
  • Implement specific applied behavior analysis programs and treatment plans written by the Clinical Supervisor for assigned clients.
  • Implement behavior plans and program goals.
  • Collect data and work closely with parents.
  • Recommend programming goals for clients.
  • Create client materials as needed.
  • Run monthly team meetings with clients.
  • Respond to parent questions.
  • Prepare progress reports when assigned.
  • Act as a floater for the center as needed.
  • Provide parent education and consultation services.
  • Assist with client programming by analyzing data to identify issues for the supervisor.
  • Provide other support to board-certified behavior analysts as requested.
  • Write first drafts of progress reports.
  • Review client programs on Catalyst.
  • Conduct program development.
  • Assist with coordination of care.
