Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, Mechanical engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience developing custom electromechanical hardware test systems
  • 2+ years of experience mentoring or leading engineers
  • Strong ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of physics related to electricity, magnetism, and electronic circuits
  • Experience with data acquisition systems and control systems
  • Experience in MCAD and ECAD tools
  • Eligibility to work on ITAR projects (US citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for required authorizations)
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of custom electromechanical test systems
  • Work with hardware, firmware, and software teams to understand device-under-test functionality
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure for the Integration & Test team
  • Develop test programs and perform test campaigns on electromechanical systems
  • Mentor and guide the I&T team's technical skill set
  • Support Business Development efforts
