  • Bachelor's Degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, Mechanical engineering related field)
  • 5+ years of experience developing and building custom electromechanical hardware test systems
  • 2+ years of experience mentoring/leading engineers
  • Strong ability to synthesize and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Depth in at least one core engineering discipline
  • Basic knowledge of physics with respect to electricity, magnetism, and electronic circuits
  • Experience selecting and working with data acquisition systems and control systems
  • Experience in any common MCAD and ECAD tools
  • Lead the development of custom electromechanical test systems for customers in various industries
  • Work with hardware, firmware, and software teams to understand device-under-test functionality
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure to improve the efficiency of the Integration & Test team
  • Develop test programs and perform test campaigns on complex electromechanical systems
  • Mentor and guide the I&T team’s technical skill set
  • Support Business Development efforts
