About the job
- Relevant hospitality or food and beverage training is preferred.
- One to two years of food and beverage or restaurant service experience, preferably within a private members club, luxury dining, or premium hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and table numbers is required for accurate service delivery.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment while responding quickly to operational priorities.
- Professional and discreet conduct with awareness of member and guest service standards.
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately from preparation areas to the appropriate tables or service points.
- Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivery.
- Coordinate closely with culinary, bar, and service teams to maintain an efficient and seamless flow of service.
- Support waiters and waitresses with table preparation, clearing, resetting, and other service requirements.
- Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and table numbers to ensure accurate service delivery.
- Anticipate operational needs and respond quickly to service priorities during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, equipment, and designated work areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and established club procedures at all times.
