Strong SQL experience, knowledge of relational databases, and ability to build and maintain database views.

Responsibilities
Distill complex data and relationships into clear, concise charts and visualizations, and support ad hoc data requests and analysis.
Design data models to extract data from operational databases and transform data into understandable business views.
Gather and process raw data at scale, including writing scripts, web scraping, calling application programming interfaces, and writing SQL queries.
Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis and conduct the analysis.
Automate manual processes.
Navigate customer relationship management and other systems to build reporting and ensure consistency and compliance across departments.
Develop monthly management key performance indicator reports and business intelligence dashboards for stakeholders across technology, operations, field, billing, and other business functions.
Perform in-depth analysis to identify key business risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve overall profitability.
Use business intelligence and reporting software, database tools, Microsoft Excel, and office automation to design, build, assess, maintain, improve, and distribute dashboards and reports; combine data and present accurate information.

The Opportunity:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Strategy and Analytics team with the execution of detailed analysis and creation of reports, dashboards and visualizations that provide the business with critical information to make informed decisions. The individual will use various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights, working with data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with various groups and stakeholders across the business to understand information requirements as well as maintain data integrity/perform audits in our data platform.
Utilize business intelligence and reporting software, database tools, Microsoft Excel, and Office automation to design, build, assess, maintain, improve, and distribute dashboards and reports, combine data, and present accurate information.
